Slender-billed crow (Corvus enca)

Gagak hutan or slender-billed crow (Corvus enca) is a species of animal in the Corvidae, large, dull black birds that eat soft fruit and insects, live in forest habitats, forest edges, coastal areas and spread up to 1600 meters elevation.

C. enca has a size of 45 cm, the fur is black and not as shiny. The beak is large and black, the irises are brown and the legs are black. Fly with short flaps, often perched on twigs on tall and large trees.

Slender-billed crows live in pairs or small groups. Generally solitary. The nest is large and untidy, composed of piles of twigs and placed on the top of a tall tree. Eggs are blue with black spots for 3-4 items. Breeds in November-May.
